If your branch is implementing Volunteers First, we request that you provide the Leadership Development Committee with baseline information that will be used to measure the impact of your efforts on a rolling year basis.
When to Submit the Survey
A branch leader who is involved with the Volunteers First implementation should submit the baseline questionnaire just before beginning the Volunteers First implementation.
Survey Results
You will receive a follow-up questionnaire a year later. Although there is no deadline for the baseline submission, we suggest that your Volunteers First implementation begin in the fall and end in the spring; coinciding with the yearly plan.
The Leadership Development Committee will compile the information and report the results back to each branch and to the committee.
