Presentation on Biden Administration Revisions to Title IX

On October 26, 2024, State Public Policy Committee member Kathi Harper presented an overview on the August revisions to Title IX by the Biden Administration to members of the 5 Cities-Pismo Beach branch. The presentation covers a review of the history of Title IX, a comparison of the previous regulations with the changes under the new rules, and a forward look at the challenges that lie ahead under the new Administration.
