Volunteers First – Abbreviated Version

The Volunteers First Abbreviated video is a shortened version of VF Part 1 and VF Part 2. Leaders learn the natural motivators that drive members to engage and the importance of making, building, and facilitating relationships by caring, connecting, supporting and recognition. AAUW leaders continue learning how to apply these principles to understanding cultural and generational experiences amongst members and women in our communities.
