Correct Branch Officer Listing Error
Verify 2026-2027 Branch Leaders

Outgoing presidents are responsible for entering the list of incoming officers and leaders with their contact information and position(s) by July 1st.

To enter new officers and leaders:

Step 1: Enter your branch name in the Branch field. The default year entry is the previous year and current year. Click on SEARCH to locate officers. Note: The service year is the ending year. For instance, 2026-2027 will be indicated by 2027.

Step 2: To avoid duplication and make your updates easier, check if the incoming officer has previously served as an officer in any branch and is already listed. 

  • Scan the list or simply enter the last name in the Last Name field to find a contact.
  • When you locate the contact, check the right-hand column labeled Service Year. 
    • If the Service Year is 2026, click on the name to create an entry for 2027. If the name appears on multiple rows, select any row to begin.
      • Update the contact information if necessary. 
      • Indicate what position(s) the person will hold in 2027.  
      • Enter your branch name and click “Submit.”
    • If the Service Year is 2027, you have already assigned a position for 2027. If the contact information and position(s) are correct, no action is needed. If the information needs to be updated, choose Correct Branch Officer Listing Error from the menu above.

Step 3: You may add officers at any time until July 1st. After July 1st, email webteam@aauw-ca.org to request changes. 

What if the person is not listed?

  • They may have served in a previous year or in a different branch. Do a thorough search to prevent adding a duplicate record.
    • Clear the Service Year field by clicking the “x” next to both 2026 and 2027. 
    • Remove the branch name in the Branch field.  
    • Search by Last Name. Click SEARCH to launch the search.
    • Follow the instructions above to update the contact for your roster.
    • If you don’t see the contact on the list, click HERE to add a new contact.

How do I verify if my list is accurate?

  • Review your list of officers using the Verify 2027 Branch Leaders function from the menu above.
