2024 Revisions to Title IX: How They Impact AAUW Values and Public Policy Priorities

On January 9, 2025, Kathi Harper, chair of the AAUW California Public Policy School Board Project, presented “2024 Revisions to Title IX: How they Impact AAUW Values and Public Policy Priorities.” Coincidentally, about two hours before her presentation the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Kentucky issued a decision to vacate the updated Title IX rules released in April 2024. AAUW quickly issued a statement denouncing the decision (HERE).
