What's New

Program of the Month: December

January 09, 2015

There were no branch mission-based programs for December since AAUW CA branches traditionally gather together for their holiday parties.  Many branches use this time of  the year to raise funds for local charities, sending local girls to tech trek, or solicit funds for AAUW like NCWSSL, Legal Advocacy, etc.  The Program Committee would like to acknowledge every branch and the good works they do all year long!

We're looking forward to announcing an outstanding mission-based program for January.

ERA Call to Action

September 01, 2014

AAUW California Program Director Cathy Foxhoven and members from the San Mateo branch represented AAUW at Jackie Speier's Call to Action Rally on Tuesday, August 26 at the San Mateo History Museum.

Pictured from left are Diane Silven, Foxhoven, Rep Speier and Shirley Roberson.

Congresswoman Anna Eshoo and many women's organizations were also in attendance.
