It's Election Time!

We know that the voting system can be difficult to master, so please enjoy this "how-to" video to help you throught the process. Remember: if you want a paper ballot, be sure to allow plenty of time before the polls close on May 8th!

You should have already received your personal voting code and instructions via the email we have for you. If not please remember the following:

  • The email is from AAUW CA Ballot (Vote-Now).
  • Check your "spam" folder or your "trash" if you don't see it in your Inbox. Vote-Now will be repeating the email blast every few days until the voting period ends.
  • If you are using an email address from Earthlink, Prodigy, Roadrunner (, or other "smaller" email companies, they may not be easily recognized by the Vote-Now system. The easiest solution might be to provide an alternative email address that uses Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.
  • If you prefer a paper ballot, be sure to request it as soon as possible to allow time for it to be processed.
