2021 – Present | Executive Director, We Connect The Dots, Inc., our mission is to excite, inform and educate underserved students (ages 13-18 and Adult) about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) careers. Through a collaboration with the community, education, government, and the technology industry, WCTD provides awareness and education of the 21st Century workforce skills, as well as the opportunities available to students embracing STEAM careers.
– Our free and work-based learning programs include The Annual Code-A-Thon, UpSkill Workforce Experience Program, CreatingSTEAM, Community Ambassador Program, Coding Classes, Global AI Challenge

In 2015 I attended my first AAUW National convention and had an amazing experience. The energy and power of community helped put into action my commitment to gender and economic equity as co-founder of the Women’s Hackathon at my alma mater California State University, San Marcos.

Describe your employment/professional experience, including current employment.
The daughter of a third generation Jewish immigrant, I am a social justice entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in the tech industry working for innovative companies such as Microsoft, TD Ameritrade and high growth startups. Today I am the Executive Director of We Connect the Dots and EDequity.Global – nonprofit initiatives where We Create Tech Access. We Transform Education. And We Accelerate Jobs. I have obtained a B.A. in Psychology, MBA from California State University, San Marcos and am on track to complete my Certificate in Design Thinking, Stanford Graduate School of Business in March 2022
