AAUW Educational
Foundation AAUW's Foundation continues to fund research in
issues related to Gender Equity in Education. Three studies published in
2001 focused on: sexual harassment in school, gender identity and
differences, and sex discrimination as Title IX reaches it's 30th
anniversary. |

Association for Gender Equity Leadership
in Education This group works to provide leadership in
the identification and infusion of gender equity in all educational
programs and processes and within parallel equity concerns including,
but not limited to age, disability, ethnicity, national origin, race,
religion, sexual orientation and socio-economic status. |

AAUW Legal Advocacy
Fund supports women in academia facing discrimination and
harassment. Read the LAF page on our website
about recent cases with litigants vs. California higher education
institutions and learn how to receive funding and support. |

Equal Rights Advocates
Located in San Francisco, this organization works on behalf of women’s
equality, focusing on the priority areas of sex discrimination, work and
family, sexual harassment, sweatshops, affirmative action, and welfare
reform. They counsel callers from around the nation. |

it provides links to a variety of local (San Francisco), California, and
Federal resources dealing with discrimination/harassment, wage and
