There you can find all sorts of useful information, including:
- The schedule of legislative committee hearings
- A list of matters pending on the floors of both houses of the Legislature
- A list of the committees of the Legislature and their members
- The text of each bill introduced, including each amended, enrolled, and chaptered form of each bill
- The history of each bill introduced and amended
- The status of each bill introduced and amended
- All bill analyses prepared by legislative committees in connection with each bill
- Any veto message concerning a bill
- The California Codes
- The California Constitution

Legilature site. You can subscribe to multiple bills in one

This bipartisan office assists the Senate with research, resulting in
improved government effectiveness. It also helps provide the public with an
understanding of state issues.

Records.
Voting records go back to as early as
1988 on this site. Also available are campaign
finance records and records from special interest groups.
- California Legal Resources on
the Web.
Developed by the University of Southern California law library.
- The California Channel program guide. Broadcasts the California Legislature throughout the state. Offers broadcasts of other California public policy-related
events when the legislature is not in session.
- California Secretary of State.
Provides summaries of
ballot initiatives (in circulation, approved for ballot, and historical), election
returns, and other information.
- California Legislative Analyst's Office.
The non-partisan Legislative
Analyst evaluates the financial impact of pending legislation and ballot
initiatives, as well as various other timely reports on proposed
legislation.
- California Budget Project.
Timely, objective information on state fiscal and economic policy
issues, especially those affecting the economic and social well-being
of low and middle income Californians.
- Public Policy Institute of California
A nonprofit organization dedicated to independent,
objective, nonpartisan research on economic, social, and political
issues that affect the lives of Californians.
